[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]The TruHealing Centers main headquarters in Maryland has a new sign out front! Our headquarters is where we make it all happen—besides during social distancing when it’s mostly done at home—from placing people at the appropriate facility to writing these blogs and much more. But up until this week, we didn’t have signage. Any organization needs a sign. 60% of people won’t visit a business that has no signage, according to a survey by FedEx called “What’s Your Sign?” (Since our sign was born in Taurus season, I guess ours is Taurus.) That same survey found that 68% of people believe an organization’s signage reflects the quality of its products or services. Our 13 centers provide incredible services. Many of our staff are in recovery themselves and see this as their life’s work, not just a job. We thought it was important that our headquarters reflect the amazing work being done helping people across the country find recovery. Amatus is only three years old. We’ve grown an astonishing amount in that short time. But building the brand takes time; we’re taking new steps towards it often. We’re really excited about the sign—it’s an important step towards making Amatus recognizable. And that’s literal, too. Full disclosure: when I went to Amatus for my initial interview, I drove past it multiple times. Now the building is findable. Reisterstown Road—where TruHealing Centers headquarters is located—is densely populated with buildings and houses. We want to not only be found, but stand out—because in every other sense, we do.
