OWINGS MILLS, MD, July 14, 2020 — Amatus Health brings Andréa M. Wilson, to the team as its new Chief Legal Officer. Ms. Wilson is a graduate of the University of Maryland School of Law and brings Amatus Health more than two decades of legal and business experience.
Ms. Wilson started her career in government contracts management in the defense industry. She has previously worked for UnitedHealth Group and Johns Hopkins University International Health programs.

Ms. Wilson says her goal is to build a cohesive, customer-focused, commercial business team; this team will consist of legal, HR, and compliance professionals who bring added value to the organization. Amatus Health CEO Mark Gold is confident that Ms. Wilson’s expertise will be a bonus to the company.
